Client interface, governance, information requirements, integration, assurance, change control and executive reporting. Accountable to the client for the delivered information.
S.O.IMC
BIM and digital delivery: BIM management, model production and coordination, model-based shop drawings, 4D, as-built information and digital handover.
ECOGIM
Multidisciplinary engineering design: structural, architectural, civil and electromechanical design, calculations and specifications, and construction supervision.
Approved specialists
Engaged where a project or specification requires them — process systems and treatment technology, high-voltage systems, SCADA and control, solar, survey and laser scanning, cybersecurity and other regulated disciplines. Each carries professional responsibility for its own system design and is integrated under the same information structure.

Every requirement has a named owner

Each requirement is tested for evidence, a named responsible party, a cost basis, a timeline, an acceptance method and a warranty owner before it is accepted into scope.

Claimed capability is separated from evidenced capability

Partner capability is graded by the strength of its evidence. What a party states about itself is recorded separately from what has been verified.

Every interface is owned on both sides

An interface without an owner on each side, an acceptance test and a support boundary is an unmanaged risk, not an interface.

Every assumption is owned and dated

Assumptions carry an owner and a change trigger. An unstated assumption is simply an accepted risk that nobody has priced.

Composite acceptance, single accountability

Each sub-obligation is accepted by the party that performed it, then consolidated by BIM MENA into one client-facing position.

Assurance is separated from underwriting

The party that tests a performance claim is not the party that underwrites it. That separation is what makes the assurance worth anything.

The delivery structure is assembled for each engagement; participating firms retain responsibility for their respective professional scopes.
